CAST BIOS ARE DUE

PICTURES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO DECEMBER 7th due to a change of venue.  A schedule will be posted soon. 

 Hair and Makeup list has been posted.  

Gift Basket and Cast Party Potluck Items have been assigned and emailed out.  You can also find them on the website under Cast Party Information.  Please bring basket items only on Saturdays to rehearsal so that they don't get lost and we can mark you off the list.

1) Pictures 

• We have had to move Pictures to December 7th due to a change of venue.

• Pictures will now be at the studio. 

• There will be no makeup pictures.  

• We are working on a picture schedule and will send it out once it's finished.  

2)  Hair and Makeup Class 

• The Makeup Class on Saturday, November 22nd from 12pm-2pm (right after the parent meeting from 11am-12pm) is mandetory unless you marked it on your conflict sheet. 

• You will be learning how to do your hair and makeup for your roles. 

• All dancers 13 years old and younger must have a parent present. 

• You will need to bring your makeup and hair supplies to the class with you. 

• Party Parents are not required to come to the makeup class but you are welcome to if you would like. 

3)  Hair and Makeup List

• Attached is a list of the makeup looks for each role.   

• We have also added an Amazon list for your convenience for each different makeup look.  

• You are not required to purchase the items on the Amazon list.  It is just a reference and guide for the makeup needed.  You can use whatever brand of makeup you want or already own.  

• It is very similar to last year's makeup list with a few modifications. 

• There are no makeup brushes on the list but you will need brushes to apply your makeup.

4)  Shoe List 

• Also attached is a show list for each role.  Please make sure to take a look and purchase the necessary shoes for your role if you do not already own them.

5)  T-Shirts 

• The last day to order Nutcracker T-Shirts or Sweatshirts is this Friday, November 7th. 

• All t-shirts and sweatshirts will have the cast names and sponsors listed on the back.

6)  Raffle Basket Items

• All items must be turned in on Saturdays only so that we make sure your item is received and marked off. 

• All items are due by November 22nd.  

• A list is posted on the website as well as in this email.

7) Cast Bios

• Cast Bios are due by November 15th

• If you have not yet already filled out the form, please make sure to do so! 

• All cast bios will be listed in the show program and on the website. 

• All roles must fill out a bio, otherwise a generic one will be used for you.  

8) Show Program Ads

• Program ads are due November 22nd

9) Pre order Show Flower Bouquets for your dancer

• Pre Order Flower Bouquets are due December 2nd 

10) CANDLE ORDER FORMS ARE DUE THIS SATURDAY!!

• If you do not turn your order form in, your candle orders will not get placed.
